I reminded me of I got great value for my money-the room wassuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The location was super convenient for the event I was attending, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights could use a few more fresh options to enhance the experience.

Good and perfect location for our visit to West Acres Mall a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Based so close to many dining options within walking distance, very good restaurants and the mall and other shopping. Comfy beds, USB ports and a safe box in the room.

The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was just as I expected. my room was a bit too hot, making it less comfortable at times. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant and met my expectations.

One minor drawback was the noise levels in the hallway, which occasionally disrupted my relaxation. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did slightly affect my peace during the stay.

The rooms were nice and fairly quiet, even with the hotel fully booked, allowing for restful nights. I also enjoyed having my room next to those of my friends, which fostered a sense of community, despite them not being adjoining.

The rooms could use a bit more cleaning or perhaps some upgrading. While this did not significantly impact my overall experience, a little attention in this area would enhance guest satisfaction.

It was fairly clean, I will be back. The hotel was located close to the mall, Fargo. The location was favourable, for example, West Acres Mall was a 10-15 minute walk from the property. It also was to main shopping street.

The room was non-smoking but still smelled like smoke. It was very outdated and needed the carpet replaced and the ducts cleaned. The tub and sink looked like they had been rinsed but not cleaned properly.

Recommend it for a solo traveler seeking decent value

The place was clean and the shower worked fine you know it was a standard setup. I liked having USB chargers near the bed, made it easy for my devices, a small but appreciated touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the quality it was still reasonable.

We arrived late and Courtney made our check-in simple and she was very accomodating. She was a bright and cheery end to a long day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were pretty sound proof. It was pretty full, but I didn't hear anything that woke me up. I have had problem in the past at other hotels where I can hear everything and am woken many times during the night. Also, the hotel seems like it would be very pet friendly. It had an area for dogs with bags and a garbage can so you can clean up after your dog easily.

It was under construction so it didn't look as nice as it will once it is done. The constrution did not bother us though.

It would have been nice, if they informed us of there name change prior to arriving. Also the # address should made more visable.

easy to find & great little sports bar

Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff helped me with a taxi recommendation during my first stay. I always enjoy my visits and will come back for a romantic escape.
